I am encouraged that Garland emphatically told Congress yesterday that Trump is not immune from prosecution, even if he runs again. DOJ has put hundreds of insurrectionists in jail and recent trials have sent some to prison. Focus is now on the militia groups' seditious conspiracy charges and the Trump inner circle (Eastman, Clark, Guiliani) that pushed the fake electors. A grand jury is issuing subpoenas.
